Q. Do you have bulk pricing?
A. Yes - check here for bulk prices.

Q. How long will my custom order take?
A. Your totally custom magnet will take 2-3 weeks to be shipped. We are the only magnet supplier online that allows you to order in quantities of just 1 magnet - our unique process and high quality magnets are worth the short wait!

Q. What is my order status?
A. We will send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received this email then your order is in production.

Q. Can I really order just one magnet?
A. Yup - no problem. We know everyone else's minimum quantity is about 250 or 500, but we're clearly way more awesome than that.
